Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Expertise in CRISPR technology, next-generation sequencing, and other advanced genetic methodologies.
- Strong understanding of regulatory and ethical considerations in genetic research.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to navigate complex scientific challenges.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within a biotech or pharmaceutical company.
- Proficiency in bioinformatics tools and data analysis related to genomic data.
- Established network within the scientific community and experience in grant writing and funding acquisition.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
