Required Qualifications

- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices in the industry
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a high-growth or technology-driven environment, with familiarity in intellectual property and data protection laws
- Prior experience as a Chief Legal Officer or in a similar senior legal role
- Active membership in relevant state bar associations
- Proven track record of building and leading diverse teams
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

- Familiarity with compliance management systems and enterprise risk management frameworks
