Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Experience with CNC machining and programming.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Technical degree or certification in machining or a related field.

- Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting CNC machines, lathes, mills, and other machining equipment.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software for machining applications.
