Role Overview
We are on the lookout for an experienced Frozen Yogurt Store Manager to lead our dynamic team and oversee the daily operations of our store. This role encompasses not only the management of store operations but also the development of a positive customer experience and a vibrant team culture. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, you will drive sales growth while ensuring the highest standards of product quality and service are maintained.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the frozen yogurt store to ensure efficiency and adherence to company standards
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of staff to foster a positive and productive work environment
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining optimal stock levels
- Monitor financial performance, including sales and expenses, to achieve profitability goals
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for staff and customers
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and implement improvements based on their experiences
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong customer service orientation with a passion for creating exceptional experiences
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred:
- Experience managing a franchise or multi-location operations
- Knowledge of inventory management software and retail POS systems
- Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace)
- Familiarity with retail management software and point-of-sale systems
- Ability to analyze sales data and generate reports to inform business decisions
