Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach
Preferred:

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in hospitality software systems and tools, including PMS, CRM, and reporting software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and operational reports
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for budgeting and reporting purposes
