Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to manage our office operations and support our team in achieving operational excellence. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are executed efficiently and effectively

- Maintain an organized filing system for both physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval
- Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, providing them with necessary resources and information
- Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to streamline operations
- Manage office supplies inventory, placing orders as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels
- Support team members with administrative tasks as needed to enhance overall productivity
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Proven experience as an Office Administrator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office management software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Experience in a fast-paced or dynamic work environment
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and ability to manage budgets
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar tools)
