Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Framing Supervisor to join our dynamic construction team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Review and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy in framing installations.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices, skills development, and safety protocols.
- Perform quality control inspections to guarantee that framing work meets established standards.
- Manage inventory and order materials as needed, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in framing or carpentry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of framing techniques, building codes, and safety regulations.
- Proven ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Preferred:
- Experience with both residential and commercial framing projects.
- Certification in safety management or related fields.
- Familiarity with project management software and tools.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using framing tools and equipment, including saws, nail guns, and levels.
- Understanding of building materials and their applications in framing.
