Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee the daily operations of our construction projects at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field

- Excellent organizational and time management skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with project management software and tools
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Experience with scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
