Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Assistant Foreman to support our construction team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in construction or a related field
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety protocols, and building codes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
Preferred:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role on construction sites
- Knowledge of project management software and tools
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and materials
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Project
- Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend)
