Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Flight Operations Manager to lead our dynamic operations team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of flight operations, ensuring the highest levels of safety, efficiency, and compliance within our organization. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with aviation regulations and standards

- Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory authorities, ensuring all operations adhere to legal and safety requirements

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in aviation operations management, with a proven track record of leadership in flight operations
- In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations, safety standards, and operational best practices
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make strategic decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships across diverse teams
Preferred:
- Experience with operational efficiency programs, such as Lean or Six Sigma methodologies
- Advanced degree in aviation management or a related field
- Proven experience managing budgets and financial performance in a flight operations environment
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in flight operations management software and tools
