Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a corporate finance environment.

- Proven ability to interpret financial data and communicate insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant certification (CFA, CPA) preferred.
