Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), or related roles within a corporate finance environment.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data analysis with advanced skills in Excel.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Finance, MBA, or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present financial data effectively.
- Experience with SQL or other database management tools for data retrieval and analysis.
