Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Finance to lead our financial operations and provide expert guidance on financial planning, risk management, and financial reporting. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in a large organization or dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Proven experience in strategic financial planning, budget management, and performance analysis.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, or financial restructuring.
- Familiarity with financial software and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and analysis tools, including Excel and BI software.
- Experience with financial forecasting software and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
