Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Design and optimize financial processes, workflows, and reporting structures to improve data integrity and operational efficiency.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices related to FICO, including integration with other SAP modules such as MM and SD.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of solutions to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
- Mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support, with a proven track record of successful projects.
- Deep understanding of financial accounting principles and controlling methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business needs into effective SAP solutions.
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.
Preferred:
- Relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate in Financial Accounting.
- Experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of integration points with other SAP modules and third-party applications.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in SAP FICO configuration, including GL, AP, AR, and CO modules.
- Proficient in data migration strategies and tools within SAP environments.
- Experience with reporting tools such as SAP BI/BW or SAP Analytics Cloud.
