Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP CRM Solution Architect to join our team. This role is critical in designing and implementing robust SAP CRM solutions that drive business outcomes and enhance customer engagement. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business strategies while ensuring the scalability and performance of our CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of SAP CRM solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of current CRM systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization
- Develop and implement integration strategies for SAP CRM with other enterprise systems, including ERP and data warehouses
- Provide technical expertise in SAP CRM modules, including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Analytics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into functional specifications for development teams
- Mentor junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in SAP CRM solution architecture or implementation
- Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices across various industries
- Experience with SAP CRM modules and technologies, including SAP S/4HANA and SAP Cloud Platform
- Proven track record of successful CRM implementations and integrations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complex technical challenges
Preferred:
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and UX design principles
- Relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP CRM
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep expertise in SAP CRM, SAP S/4HANA, and associated technologies
- Proficient in integration tools such as SAP PI/PO, SAP API Management, and middleware solutions
- Strong knowledge of database systems, data modeling, and reporting tools
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and architectures
