Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Fiberglass Ski Production Supervisor to lead our innovative production team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain production documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process maps.
- Train and mentor team members on production techniques, safety practices, and quality assurance measures.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to provide feedback on product improvements and new designs.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing production data and identifying areas for enhancement.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in fiberglass or composite materials.
- Strong understanding of production processes, quality control measures, and safety protocols.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and practices.
- Familiarity with fiberglass ski production techniques and materials.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in production management software and tools.
- Understanding of CAD software for design and production documentation.
- Knowledge of fiberglass and composite material properties and processing techniques.
