Role Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Farm Manager to support our team in optimizing agricultural operations and ensuring the highest standards of crop production and farm management. This role is integral to driving sustainable practices and enhancing productivity on our remote farm operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of efficient farming practices to maximize yield and quality of crops.
- Coordinate daily farm activities, including planting, harvesting, and maintenance schedules.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
