Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in failure analysis or reliability engineering within a high-tech environment.
- Proven track record of leading failure analysis projects and implementing successful corrective actions.
- Strong understanding of materials science, stress analysis, and reliability testing methodologies.
Preferred:
- PhD in a relevant field.
- Experience with advanced failure analysis tools and techniques such as FMEA, FTA, and thermal imaging.
- Knowledge of industry standards related to product reliability and failure analysis.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in failure analysis techniques, such as microscopy, spectroscopy, and mechanical testing.
- Proficient in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP) and reliability engineering tools.
- Familiarity with CAD software and design verification processes.
