Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools, with a strong understanding of industry standards and practices.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

- Professional certifications such as Certified Estimator or similar credentials.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in construction estimation software (e.g., Sage Estimating, Bluebeam, or similar tools).
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and cost drivers.
