Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead ESL Tutor to join our dynamic team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Lead a team of ESL tutors, providing mentorship, training, and performance feedback to foster professional growth
- Conduct assessments to evaluate student progress and adapt instructional strategies accordingly
- Facilitate engaging and interactive lessons that promote language acquisition and cultural understanding
- Develop instructional materials and resources that enhance the learning experience
- Collaborate with other educational staff to integrate ESL strategies across various subject areas
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with students and their families to support their educational journey
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, Education, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in teaching ESL, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of language acquisition theories and teaching methodologies
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective curriculum and assessment tools
Preferred:
- Experience in a multicultural educational environment
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and online teaching platforms
- Certification in TESOL or CELTA
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in using educational technology and online learning management systems (LMS)
- Experience with data analysis tools to track student progress and outcomes
- Ability to create multimedia instructional materials, including videos and interactive content
