Role Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Equine Breeding Manager to oversee all aspects of our breeding program at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- 5+ years of experience in equine breeding management or related field
- Strong knowledge of equine reproductive physiology and genetics
- Experience with various breeding techniques, including artificial insemination and embryo transfer
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in a related field
- Experience in managing breeding programs for competitive performance horses
- Certification in equine reproduction or similar professional credentials
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in using breeding management software and record-keeping systems
- Experience with reproductive technologies and health monitoring tools
- Basic understanding of genetic principles and their application in breeding
