Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Engine Hostler to join our innovative logistics team. Responsibilities
- Lead the coordination and execution of engine movements, ensuring timely and safe handling in compliance with operational standards.
- Develop and implement strategies for optimizing engine utilization and performance, including scheduling and maintenance oversight.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of engines to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational workflows and improve service delivery.
- Mentor and train junior staff in best practices for engine management, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
- Utilize data analytics to track engine performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in engine management or a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry.
- Proven track record in leading operational teams and optimizing engine performance.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards relevant to engine handling and maintenance.
