Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced EDA Engineering Manager to lead our highly skilled team in the development and optimization of Electronic Design Automation (EDA) tools and workflows. Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the design, development, and implementation of EDA tools, ensuring high standards of performance and quality.

- Establish best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and deployment processes.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in EDA tool development or a related field, with a proven track record of managing engineering teams.
- Strong expertise in electronic design principles and methodologies, including ASIC and FPGA design.
- Experience with programming languages such as C++, Python, or SystemVerilog.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex engineering projects and drive them to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong analytical mindset.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with cloud-based EDA solutions and tools.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep knowledge of EDA tools and technologies, including simulation, synthesis, and verification tools.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Tcl or Perl.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
