Role Overview
We are looking for a meticulous Document Control Coordinator to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the documentation processes, ensuring that all documents are accurately maintained and easily accessible. Your expertise will help us streamline our operations and maintain high compliance standards across our projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement document control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Maintain and update document repositories, ensuring that all files are organized, accurate, and accessible
- Coordinate the review and approval process for all controlled documents, ensuring timely feedback and completion
- Train and support team members on document control practices and tools
- Monitor document version control, ensuring that the most current documents are utilized throughout the organization
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure document alignment with project requirements
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in document control or administrative roles, preferably within a regulated industry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred:
- Experience with ISO standards or other regulatory frameworks
- Familiarity with project management methodologies
- Certification in document control or records management
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in document management systems (DMS) and content management systems (CMS)
- Strong understanding of version control, file naming conventions, and document lifecycle management
- Experience with electronic signature solutions and workflow automation tools
