Role Overview

Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in document control or records management, preferably in a regulated industry
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing diverse teams and driving organizational change
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to document management (e.g., FDA, ISO, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective document control policies and procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with document management software and electronic document systems
- Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Management)
- Professional certifications related to document control or records management (e.g., CRM, CDIA)
- Experience working in a global organization with complex document management needs

- Proficiency in document management systems (DMS) and electronic filing technologies
- Strong knowledge of data governance and compliance frameworks
