Role Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and strategic Document Control Manager to oversee and enhance our document management processes. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive document control policies and procedures that align with organizational goals and industry regulations.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for document control inquiries, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in document control or records management, preferably in a regulated industry.
- Strong understanding of document management systems and compliance standards.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards continuous improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with electronic document management systems (EDMS), particularly in a hybrid work environment.
