Role Overview

Responsibilities

- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and management, providing exceptional customer service
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in payroll processing
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in payroll processing or a related field
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills
Preferred:
- Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Paychex, or similar
- Familiarity with HRIS systems
- Certification in payroll (e.g., Certified Payroll Professional) is a plus
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in payroll software solutions and data entry
- Experience with tax regulations and filings
- Ability to generate and analyze payroll metrics and reports
