Role Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Manager to lead our supply chain operations and ensure the seamless flow of goods from suppliers to customers. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing logistics processes, managing vendor relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives that drive efficiency and reduce costs. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with a proven track record of optimizing operations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using logistics software and tools for data analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills to effectively manage vendor relationships.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in a managerial role within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in logistics management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of inventory management systems and data analysis tools.
- Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and warehouse management systems (WMS).
