Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Radiology
- 10+ years of clinical experience in Radiology, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong understanding of radiological technology, procedures, and policies
- Proven track record of program development and quality improvement initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
Preferred:
- Fellowship training in a subspecialty area of Radiology
- Experience in academic medicine or teaching hospitals
- Demonstrated involvement in research and publication in peer-reviewed journals
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in advanced imaging modalities including MRI, CT, and interventional radiology
- Familiarity with radiology information systems (RIS) and picture archiving and communication systems (PACS)
- Understanding of data analytics and its application in improving radiological services
