Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Geology, Earth Sciences, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in geological exploration or resource management, with a proven track record of leadership in the field.

- Demonstrated expertise in resource estimation and reserve reporting.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Preferred:
- PhD in Geology or a related discipline.
- Experience with large-scale mining or oil and gas projects.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in geological modeling software such as Leapfrog, Geovia Surpac, or similar.
