Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and visionary Head of Dentofacial Orthopedics to lead our clinical team in advancing innovative treatment protocols and enhancing patient outcomes. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- DDS/DMD degree and specialty training in orthodontics
- 10+ years of clinical experience in orthodontics, with a strong emphasis on dentofacial orthopedics
- Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting, with the ability to drive change and inspire teams
- Strong publication record and involvement in research initiatives
Preferred:
- Active membership in relevant professional organizations (e.g., AAO, AAP) and involvement in continuing education
- Experience with advanced imaging technologies and treatment modalities
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing clinical protocols that improve patient outcomes
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of orthodontic treatment planning and biomechanics
- Proficiency in digital orthodontics, including 3D imaging and CAD/CAM systems
- Familiarity with practice management software and electronic health record systems
