Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Lead Dental Hygienist to join our innovative dental practice. In this pivotal role, you will lead our team of dental hygienists, ensuring the highest standards of patient care while implementing best practices in dental hygiene and preventative care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor dental hygienists, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

- Collaborate with dentists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
- Proven leadership experience within a dental practice.
- Strong knowledge of dental hygiene principles, practices, and infection control protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and team members.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene or related field.
- Experience with digital dentistry tools and technologies such as electronic health records (EHR).
- Certification in local anesthesia or additional specialized training in dental hygiene.
