Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field with a proven track record of leading successful data initiatives
• Deep expertise in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning algorithms
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Scala
• Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or similar frameworks

Preferred:

• Experience in deploying machine learning models in production environments
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• Proven leadership abilities in managing and mentoring data science teams
• Strong presentation and communication skills for conveying complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
