Role Overview
We are looking for a strategic and experienced Director of Rehabilitation Services to lead our rehabilitation programs at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
- 10+ years of clinical experience in rehabilitation services, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in rehabilitation services.
- Proven track record of developing and managing successful rehabilitation programs.
Preferred:
- Doctorate in a relevant field (e.g., DPT, OTD).
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and rehabilitation management software.
- Familiarity with evidence-based practice and quality improvement methodologies.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in rehabilitation assessment tools and treatment modalities.
- Experience with data analytics to track program effectiveness and patient outcomes.
