Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in contract management, legal, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading contract negotiations.
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal and contractual issues.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
