Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in contract management, legal, or procurement roles, with a proven track record of managing complex contracts
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive favorable outcomes
- Deep understanding of contract law, compliance regulations, and risk management principles
- Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within a corporate environment
- Familiarity with contract management software and tools
- Juris Doctor (JD) or relevant certifications in contract management
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in contract management systems and document management software
- Experience with data analysis tools to track contract performance metrics
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and documentation
