Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Director of Condominium Association Management to lead our team in providing exceptional management services to our condominium associations. In this strategic role, you will oversee operations, enhance community relations, and ensure compliance with all regulations, while driving initiatives that foster a thriving community environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of property managers, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery and adherence to company standards.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance property value and community satisfaction.
- Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for multiple condominium associations.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with board members, residents, and vendors, facilitating effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as governing documents of the associations.
- Conduct regular property inspections and audits to maintain high standards of property management.
- Drive initiatives for community engagement and improvement, including organizing events and fostering resident participation.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 7+ years of experience in property management, with a focus on condominium associations.
- Proven track record of leadership and team management in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of property management laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
Preferred:
- Professional certifications such as CMCA, AMS, or PCAM.
- Experience with property management software and technology solutions.
- Background in conflict resolution and community engagement.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for financial analysis.
