Role Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Condominium Association Manager to join our dynamic team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. In this in-person role, you will support the Condominium Association Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the community, ensuring that all residents enjoy a high standard of living and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the management of the condominium’s daily operations, including maintenance, security, and resident relations
- Coordinate communication between residents and the management team, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Support the preparation of budgets and financial reports, monitoring expenditures and ensuring compliance with financial policies
- Organize and facilitate community events and meetings to foster resident engagement and community spirit
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors to ensure quality service delivery and adherence to contract terms
- Maintain accurate records of all association activities, including maintenance requests, financial transactions, and resident communications
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of experience in property management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of condominium association operations and relevant legal requirements
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, property management, or a related field
- Experience using property management software and tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation
- Familiarity with property management software and CRM systems
- Understanding of basic financial principles and budgeting processes
