Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Director of Community Services to lead our initiatives in fostering community engagement and development. This role is critical in defining and executing our community services strategy, ensuring that our programs align with the organization's mission and effectively address the needs of the communities we serve.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive community services strategy that aligns with organizational goals and priorities.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in social work, public administration, community development, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in community services, program management, or related fields, with a proven track record of leadership.
- Strong understanding of community engagement principles and practices.
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

- Experience working with underserved communities and understanding their unique challenges.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
