Role Overview
We are searching for a Senior Community Planner to join our dynamic planning team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Urban Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in community planning or urban development.
- Strong knowledge of zoning regulations, land use planning, and environmental policies.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience with GIS software and data visualization tools.
- Familiarity with public engagement techniques and conflict resolution strategies.
- Professional certification such as AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) is a plus.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Geographic Information Systems (GIS) for spatial analysis and mapping.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with data collection, modeling, and statistical analysis.
