Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Commodity Procurement to lead our sourcing and procurement efforts across diverse commodity categories. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that drive operational efficiency and cost savings across all commodity categories.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key suppliers, negotiating contracts that deliver value and mitigate risk.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a significant focus on commodity sourcing.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving cost savings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with experience managing and developing teams.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) or Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM).
