Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on strategic sourcing and supplier management.
- Demonstrated experience in leading procurement teams and driving transformational initiatives.
- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of achieving significant cost savings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Preferred:
- Experience in a leadership role within a large, complex organization.
- Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) with a concentration in supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
- Certification in supply chain or procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is a plus.
