Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Commodities Trading to lead our global trading operations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive trading strategies for various commodities, focusing on risk management and profitability.

- Analyze market trends and data to identify opportunities for trading strategies and product offerings.

- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, exchanges, and regulatory bodies.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in commodities trading, with a proven track record of managing successful trading teams and strategies.
- Strong understanding of commodity markets, including energy, metals, and agricultural products.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex market data to inform trading decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
Preferred:
- Advanced degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
- Experience in quantitative trading or algorithmic trading strategies.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
