Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Junior Commercial Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team. In this fully remote position, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial sales initiatives, assisting in building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the growth and success of our sales strategies.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue growth in designated markets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their business needs.
- Support senior sales managers in building and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals, tailoring them to meet client needs and expectations.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions, contributing to team discussions and sharing insights.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing analysis to assist in decision-making.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably in a commercial environment.
- Strong interest in sales and commercial strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Preferred:
- Experience using CRM software to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
- Familiarity with industry trends and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
