Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Junior Commercial Account Manager to join the team at [$COMPANY_NAME]. Responsibilities

- Support senior account managers in developing account strategies and action plans
- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requests and resolution of issues
- Maintain accurate records of account activity and client interactions in our CRM system
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management regarding account performance and client feedback
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Preferred:
- Experience in a commercial or B2B setting
- Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools
- Basic understanding of sales strategies and customer relationship management
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot
- Understanding of data analysis and reporting tools
