Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and visionary Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to lead our commercial strategy and drive sustainable growth across all channels. In this executive role, you will be responsible for defining the company’s commercial vision, overseeing market positioning, and ensuring alignment between sales, marketing, and product development efforts to maximize revenue and enhance customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that aligns with the company's long-term vision and objectives
- Lead and mentor the sales and marketing teams, fostering a high-performance culture that drives results
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and implement data-driven decision-making processes
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities while optimizing existing revenue streams
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align product development with market demands and customer needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 15+ years of experience in commercial leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and market expansion
- Deep understanding of sales and marketing principles, customer relationship management, and business development
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with a history of building high-performing teams
Preferred:
- Experience in a technology-driven industry or startup environment
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies
- Advanced degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficiency in CRM systems and commercial analytics tools
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
- Experience with financial forecasting and budgeting processes
