Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Director of Clinical Nursing Education to lead the development and implementation of innovative educational programs for our nursing staff. Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Education, or a related field.
- 10+ years of clinical nursing experience with a proven track record in nursing education or leadership roles.
- Active nursing license and certification in nursing education (e.g., CNE).
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and influence diverse teams in a clinical setting.
Preferred:
- Doctoral degree in Nursing or Education.
- Experience with simulation-based learning and advanced teaching technologies.
- Familiarity with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements for nursing education.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
