Role Overview

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:

- Proven track record in leading laboratory teams and managing complex clinical operations.
- In-depth knowledge of clinical biochemistry methodologies, instrumentation, and quality assurance practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in a clinical diagnostic setting, particularly within a high-volume laboratory environment.
- Familiarity with laboratory information systems and data analytics tools.
