Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and innovative Director of Clinical Laboratory Services to lead and optimize our clinical laboratory operations. Responsibilities
- Provide visionary leadership to clinical laboratory teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.

- Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational performance metrics to ensure the laboratory meets organizational goals and objectives.

- Lead initiatives to adopt new technologies and methodologies that advance laboratory testing capabilities and improve turnaround times.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Master's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in a clinical laboratory setting, with a strong focus on operational management.
- In-depth knowledge of laboratory regulations, compliance standards, and accreditation processes (e.g., CLIA, CAP).
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, manage change, and drive initiatives that enhance service quality and efficiency.
Preferred:
- Ph.D. in a relevant field or advanced certification (e.g., ASCP, MT, CLS).
- Experience with laboratory information systems (LIS) and data analytics in a clinical laboratory context.
- Proven track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in clinical laboratory operations, including microbiology, pathology, hematology, and molecular diagnostics.
