Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in advertising, media, or a related field, with a proven track record in classified advertising.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing and executing successful advertising strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Proven leadership experience in managing teams and driving cross-functional collaboration.
Preferred:
- Experience in a senior leadership role within classified advertising or a similar sector.
- Familiarity with emerging advertising technologies and trends, including programmatic advertising.
- Advanced degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Deep understanding of digital advertising platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
- Proficiency in using data visualization tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
