Responsibilities

Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in claims processing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- In-depth knowledge of claims management processes and regulatory requirements
- Proven track record of improving team performance and achieving operational goals
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field
- Experience with claims management software and tools
- Professional certifications in insurance or claims management (e.g., AIC, CPCU)
