Required and Preferred Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to inform strategic decisions
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in the insurance industry with a focus on property and casualty claims
- Proficiency with claims management software and analytics tools
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Expertise in claims management systems (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek)
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI)
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
