Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and transformative Director of Change Management to lead our organization's change initiatives, ensuring successful transitions and alignment with business objectives. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your expertise to define change management strategies, foster a culture of adaptability, and drive engagement across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies that increase employee engagement and minimize resistance during transitions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to assess and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives, ensuring a smooth transition and successful project outcomes.
- Design and deliver customized training programs, workshops, and communication plans that effectively prepare and support employees through change.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align change management efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
- Measure and report on the effectiveness of change management initiatives, utilizing data-driven insights to refine strategies and approaches.
- Champion a culture of continuous improvement by promoting best practices and innovative solutions to enhance change management processes.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related fields, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks, such as ADKAR or Kotter's 8-Step Process.
- Demonstrated experience leading large-scale change initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is highly desirable.
- Experience in agile environments and familiarity with digital transformation initiatives.
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies
- Proficient in change management tools and software, including project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello) and communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
